Refund Policy

  1. TRICKET TICKET OÜ is liable for any material damage caused to the Clients due to provided product or service deficiencies according to and in the amount provided by the Republic of Estonia’ local legislation, except for cases when the Client's rights violation arose due to force majeure.
  2. TRICKET TICKET OÜ shall not compensate any service costs or expenses the Client did not use at own discretion.
  3. TRICKET TICKET OÜ is responsible for the products and services specified in the final Agreement or Invoice sent to the Client only and is not liable for any additional services not included in this Agreement or the Invoice.
  4. Any parties’ responsibilities and liabilities shall be excluded in cases of force majeure nature (hereinafter - force majeure). These are earthquakes, floods, fires, typhoons, hurricanes, snowdrifts, military operations, mass diseases, riots, foreign countries’ visa regimes shift, and so on. Also, force majeure covers transportations restrictions, trade operations between certain countries bans due to international sanctions, and other events that do not depend on Parties’ will. In the event of force majeure, each Party shall notify the other asap.
  5. If the Client never used the product or it retained the factory packaging and all characteristics at the time of shipping, he has the right to refuse the product within 14 days from the shipping date not less than 24 hrs before service delivery time. TRICKET TICKET OÜ shall return to the Client the paid amount (actual expenses excluded).
  6. If the Client overpaid or the total amount of payment according to the Agreement changed then TRICKET TICKET OÜ shall return the Client all excess overpaid amount on the Clients’ account within 3 business days.
